OVERNIGHT DELAY - Tardy buses and staff

My daughter got on a bus in phoenix, which to begin with was delay 3 or 4 hrs because the bus she was to depart on broke down. Now even worse, her bus driver gets lost coming into los angeles where she was to have a 30 min wait for next bus. Well it turns out that by getting lost the driver caused them all to miss theur next bus. This is 1130 pm. She has now been informed that she has to wait til 945 Am for next bus.
