Can't stop Boingo charging

I had no other option to connect to internet but Boingo in the Lisboa airport during a connection between France and Brasil. I connected one first time on the way and another time 2 weeks after on the way back, and now have 2 accounts! I discovered after several months I was being billed for 2 Boingo accounts for months. I'm not even able to close the accounts, since the password recovery is asking me for a username that I'm not able to remember. I've got several months of charges, tho, and never used their service! Very unhappy.
