I booked a hotel room in Vegas through expedia.com on April 16. I called back on April 17th and cancelled. Then told me that a refund was issued immediately but could take up to 10days depending on my bank or cardholder. Its April 19th and not pending deposit from expedia on my account yet! So I call my bank and they say no refund has been requested by expedia. I call Expedia back and the young gentleman that answered my call showed me only a lack of knowledge which frustrated me more! Supervisor wasn't anymore help! Get it off! 1st and last time EVER using Expedia again. Consider me a new customer LOST!
