Expedia show tickets a no show

Booked hotel with show tickets, did not see anything documents regarding vouchers except they were included with our hotel confirmation. Apparently they were to have been redeemed 72 hours of booking. Hence no tickets and Expedia customer service was not willing to help.
Never again!
