The company promised a cruise and didn't come through with it

This company promised a cruise for my wife and I and then never responded to any of our calls, e-mails, faxs. We turned tem into the Arizona better business bureau and they told them by e-mail that we were booked on the cruise. They never came across with the cruise are even an excuse why. Anyone out there goes after them contact me and I'll get on the band wagon.
