Ruined my birthday

Worst company ever. Some random people from india work this, booked my flight (or at least i thought) got conformation from them, month later a few days before my trip looked into it with the actual airline, i was only registered. Contacted globester they now inform me that my flight was unable to confirm "even with the best of their efforts" so my birthday weekend to see my best friend is ruined. I have never hated someone so much never use this site or you will regret it
