Cheapoair and Asia Miles made me disappointed

I bought a ticket from Vancouver to Hong Kong by Japan Airline.By the meantime I done the purchase, I choose no to pay seat assignment program but I do it by myself to arrange seat on website. However, I got charge about 15 dollars for enhanced seat assignment which I never asked. I phoned to customer service after a week but the agent just said that I had to phone back immediately if charge wrong amount, then I got charge for extra 15 dollars which I was not supposed to pay. After finished my trip, I made claim to Cathy Pacific Airline regarding the missing mealiage of partner flight JAL. I had been told by agent from Asia Miles, she said my booking seat was not qualify to collect mileage as the class, but I told them the class Y should be eligible to collect point and also I phoned and told cheapoair i need to collect milelege while booked the ticket. I phoned again last week, cheapoair agent said they fix it and told Cathy pacific to confirm my ellegible to collect the mealiage, however, almost 6 months past, i check my Asia miles account yesterday, I don't see any adjustment for the mileage point. Iend up loss almost 10,000 point.
