Can you believe my car's door was damage when I brought in to get a hitch installed - Uhaul Hitch

This careless hitch installer at the Uhaul location at Rockville Centre wasn't in his five senses when he was working on my car.
First tried to drive the car down the ramps with out removing the safety chain attached to the chassis of the car, so he opened the door careless and the door hit a cabinet attached to the left wall of the shop, the door got damaged.in addition he forgot putting back the rubber spacers that attach the muffler to the car.
Please do your self a favor if you are getting a hitch for your car, never go to this place. That guy does not know how to a good job without damaging something.
