Priceline and Little America have not responed to complaint

I bid and made my reservations for Little America in Salt Lake City on 12 Feb. Everything was OK until the heater came on and there was a loud mechanical noise coming from the vent late at night, When I checked out in the morning I was told by the clerk that she was thankful for me reporting it and that they wold credit my account with Priceline at 20% off my total room price, I went to Little America's Web site and found out that I could only deal with Priceline. I can find nowhere on Priceline's web page to file a complaint. I have not received any communications from Little America and or Priceline
