Terrible service and horrible flights

Someone i know was flighing with united airlines and was stuck at the new york liberty airport for 14 hours over night she was told that her flight was delayed and that she wouldnt have enough time to get to her next flight then her flight was cancelled she was told to go to costumer service witch was no help at all they told her they could not give her any advice and to go threw security they were helpless, rude, and inconciderate. She was stuck behind security all night with no food or anything to drink. They also lost her luggage. She was scared and upset nobody at costumer service would help her or offer a hotel room or food just said sorry there is nothing we can do.
