$1,088 "travel agency fee" in addition to cost of tickets - airline tickets

Globester Travel is a RIP OFF and should be put out of business. Upon receiving my credit card statement and finding a "travel agency fee" of $1,088, I called the customer care number only to spend 15 minutes getting the runaround. The "supervisor" refused to give me a number to talk to his supervisor. The company is located in India and I felt like I was part of the "This is Peggy" commercial. DO NOT EVER Use this company. Try anything else on-line, but not this RIP OFF company.
