Failure to reimburse

Fifteen tourists from California, doctor, Virginia, NY, NJ bought a-13 day chrome to Nigeria and Tanzania for journey 3-17 Nov 12.2Afrika, held by Kenneth Hieber, didn't spend the sub contractor, Predators, operator by Shabbir Kahn of Kenya. Consequently of the 2Afrika nonpayment, Shabbir Kahn kept the 15 tourists hostage in a resort in the tourists cost, for 2 times while Mr Hieber created explanations about making payment. Fourteen of the tourists settled an extorted extra cost of $2000 per individual to carry on the chrome. Mr Hieber of 2Afrika mentioned he might pay all tourists for airfare, out-of-pocker costs, and missing chrome times. Complains have already been designed to the NJ Attorneygeneral, Credit Card Issuers, and also the NJ Better Business Office. None of the tourists have gotten any restitution. Please avoid touring with 2Afrika or Predators (Kenya & Tanzania).
