Rental Policy... Not paying for loss

We've a rental insurance plan with Tourists and after encounter a reduction as a result of heated water heater dripping and overflowing we approached Tourists. An insurer arrived 24 hours later, published anything up, required a lot of photos, movies, etc. And informed us to toss anything out because it was infected which it'd all be protected under our plan.

The claims adjuster delivered us documents to complete using the itemized of our deficits.

Today, they simply didn't protect it. Additionally they mentioned they delivered us a notice on July 1st suffering our state, once the insurer arrived July 2nd. Anything does not seem sensible.

I went over my plan, such as the challenges also it must all be coated! We would like our cash that people ought to be obtaining for the deficits!
