Best western cottonwood arizona
Stolen items

I booked three rooms at the Best Western in Cottonwood arizona to attend a wedding. I mistakenly left some clothing items in the room when I checked out. When I reproted to the hotel they informed me that the items had been retrieved prior to anyone occupying the room. When they sent me the clothing ALL the items that I had purchased while on my trip (they all had price tags attached) were missing. When I tried to get some resolution regarding this problem I was repeatedly insulted by the general manager - i. E she doesn't hire thieves so this cannot be possible and I must be mistaken. Not only did she never apologize but she accused me of making the whole thing up!!! I tried to pursue this through corporate Best Western but they told me they cannot help me. I will never stay in a Best Western again.
