Device does not work as it is described

I hired Portable Broadband system (Wifi Kind) for my asia journey. The life span of battery was acutely brief also it survived no further than half an hour. I reported it for this organization. They needed me to come back this product and examined what’s incorrect. Following a couple weeks, they sent me that there is nothing wrong with system! Based on their check, the unit might be utilized over 2 hours! Their solution truly amazed me but I really could not do something. Since I've delivered the unit currently which means I don't have my evidence and can't discuss pretty. I'd prefer to reveal this with several possible client of the organization so they won't fall under their patients.
