Ripoff took deposit for job and then never did the jo

Signed an agreement with Mr. Duggan in March for him to build and install a kitchen cabinet and convection oven. Put down a deposit of $800. Mr. Duggan said he would be able to complete the job in ten weeks (or sometime in May).

I have called Mr. Duggan repeatedly since then, but he has not returned any phone calls. It is now August, and he has still not made any contact.

According to the Illinois Attorney General's office there have been other complaints on Complete Kitchens and William Duggan.
