Refuse to Refund my Airtime Minutes

I called straighttalk resulotion middle at 800-876-5753 ext 3324 to protest how my amount was taken by thieves plus they will not provide me a reimbursement for my airtime units, will there be something I will do to get my money-back? I dont feel comfortable being having a business who enables their client amount to become taken.
