Harrasing phone calls

I haved been getting numerous harassing telephone calls in regards to a mortgage cost that's not really overdue. I requested the owner to prevent the telephone calls but he explained I'd need to provide him cost first. I'd atleast 9 calls in the last 3 times.

Citimortgage had terrorized me previously, including informing me I was in foreclosure plus they were not able to consider my funds (obviously I had beenn't). It required hours to be handed to 1 individual to a different. You're not able to keep in touch with anybody apart from telephone attorneys. I'm looking for out how I will be contained in a-class action suit against Citmortgage.
