Lost my ACH payments

Has other people had issues with Frontieris payment division? I'd been delivering ACH funds for a long time after which abruptly they shed two! Our lender confimed that Frontier had obtained my funds, but might confirm they were acknowledged towards the proper bill. My spouse has named many times and it is truly obtaining the run-around. He was informed to send the data and was guaranteed that the 'situation' could be exposed. After many telephone calls, he was informed that the situation was actually never exposed! We now have a brand new fax amount to deliver our criticism and evidence of cost to. Meanwhile, they've $100 of our cash... I do want to eliminate them to get a Ooma telephone today, but am scared that they can never return my money easily abandon!!
