Account Charges Not Corrected and Phone Suspended

Charges on my account made by agent and after speaking with ATT several different times. I was told the issue was solved and the changes were to be corrected right then. Changes were never applied and my phone was suspended along with all lines on my account! Very upset with ATT's lack of responsibility and service.
