They can't provide service they advertise

Our boy is in a L A county jail. Conscallhome promoted that they'll supply telephone support in a reduced price. They cannot. They offer a recycled telephone number for my boy to utilize. I still need to spend the telephone supplier of the prison - plus pay conscallhome. They actually appear on the google research after I looked for worldwide tel link who's the supplier of telephone support for that prison. They'll not return me my register charge of nearly 20 bucks. Personally I think they're benefiting from people.
