Phone service for prisoners Millicorp is conected to this rip off website

I connected with a internet service which led me to believe that My son could use the number they gave me to call from the prison he is at. It took a few weeks to get mail back and forth to the prison which I found out the number wouldn't work. I got this service on Sept. 1 and now it is Sept 14 which I talked to the service today and they told me I only had 7 days to cancel.

I was told I couldn't get a refund. They claim it was in the e-mail I received which is a lie. I actually talked to a representative on the phone and he did not mention that you had to have another phone service. He told me to tell my son to be sure to call the number they gave me. The representative was trying to get me to sign up for 6 months which I didn't.

This service has not been used at all. This is a $34.00 wasted money that I donot have to throw away. I am going to put this on every website I can get to. They are a rip off and misleading.
