Lately I dropped my Iphone-4 in a supermarket soon after having it 45 times! As annoying as which was; I thought reassured after recalling that I'd the ‘Mobile Safety Plan’. Observe, after I chose to update my iPhone 3G towards the Iphone-4, the salesman spoke me into testing out the Samsung Infuse. He described the advantage of the Cellular Protection Program, that we included instantly having a several other add on ideas. Following a week I chose to return the Infuse (not necessarily caring it) and obtain what I initially desired; the Iphone-4. After spending a re stocking charge, the salesman did the return, moved my sim-card, passed me my Iphone-4 having a fresh adorable only a little situation that I'd to purchase and that I was on my approach. I quit thinking I'd the same include-on’s and coverage’s when I did with my initial purchase. Why might I believe normally? The salesman produced no note these include-on’s & most significantly the Cellular Protection Strategy didn't carry-over towards the new telephone. Had I been informed this I'd did that which was want to get that safety.

Today, I’m not able to find my phone, I've to pay for a $199 deductible $35 alternative situation to displace the phone, which in my own brain might have been prevented when the customer support representative was more comprehensive. I'm today within this for $634.74!

Like A faithful AT&T client since and having a household strategy of 5 telephones and 5 outlines with AT&T, personally I think this is just a complete rip-off and it is not right! No body is sorry at AT&T, prepared to provide me a rest, and sometimes even laughter me having a small sympathy!
