Disputed $53.12 Charge Sent to Collections After Cable Splicing

The company is unable to contain the wiring box on the building. It causes interruption in my service when someone tries to "steal" cable or splice into mine. I told the company I was disputing charges of $53.12, and they sent it immediately to collections.
