Named the alleged CS department. Regarding a payment depute. What an unholy chaos! The facts: Purchased their 55. Oo bb support with modem. Paid $160 total for modem and 30 days of support. Looked over my account online plus they confirmed I still owed $55.00, despite the fact that I settled their franchisee, etc. Among their CS drones basically study from his software what my payment was how it worked, etc, and not went off-script even though that I had been arguing the statement. For instance, I requested, "how will you cost to get a payment period that operates from July 8 - June 6, after I did not buy the device and 30 days of support until July 20? Undeterred the CS drone remained on software and extended to read my statement in my experience, totally ignoring my issue. I eventually were able to clarify — somehow— that I had been arguing this and poor people, underpaid 3rd planet servant, explained to deliver my "paperwork, " offered me the fax, etc. Delivered all that and, while you may speculate — nothing changed. Contact them again, in regards to a week later, got another CS drone with increased horrible language, who ostensibly did what his expert drone did — recited my bill-back in my experience. I expected to get a boss, who did the same untill I required that she confirmed recipt of the faxed documents. Well, Laudy, laudy, she could not locate them. I simply started giggling uncontrollably. Since at this time I understood I had been within the presence of madness and corporate exploitation of unaware 3rd planet employees who're possibly not able to or banned to consider off-script. Our support is okay, but their CS is low-existant in virtually any actual feeling; it's only a marketing trick. Only dupes believe the CS drones can support. Our recommend: spend your statement in case your support works, or even stop it, and discover another carriier.
