Wonnt refund my money

I've a merchant account with Omniat for long-distance for over 2 yrs plus they have shut my consideration and ended it because they said. I expected to get a reimbursement of my $120 bucks however they wonnt refund. They have state they've a three-month termination plan, that was never conveyed with me before. I'm calling them-but they're not reacting. Please support.
