We've now been charged since Jan for identical or non-existent telephone support. We've voiced to Windstream many-many occasions to no avail. Linda Ramirez has guaranteed to assist us and he or she has been doing nothing. The statement maintains on finding larger and larger for this non-existent support. ANYBODY AVAILABLE CONSIDERING Windstream DON'T OPT FOR THEM - I talked to my previous sales person and he or she stated they're over-charging on purpose to fill figures which is just a sport they're playing purposely.
