Access Denied

I was not allowed to have access to city-data.com and also, viewing it. Somebody named bno7600 denied from using the city-data.com. This is not the first time it happened, this is the second time and I don't like it. I want to have access to the city-data.com and also be able to view. I want my password and username to be allowed.

Salesforce.com is a good CRM program but the reprsentatives lie. They change price and hold your data hostage if you don't go along. Their tech support is terrible. It is in Costa Rica and you coumminication is difficult. San Francisco California
