On july 19th I registered with Pingo and settled $10 to get a calling card to ensure that my spouse might contact her mom in India. 24 hours later I obtained a contact requesting the my FLAG number for confirmation. About the following evening after I attempted to utilized my calling card, I had been provided a pre recorded communication declaring the my bill was unacceptable. I named PINGO and was informed that my consideration have been ended. After I requested for a reason, I had been informed that because you have significantly more than one account we're rescheduling it, the reimbursement is likely to be provided in 2-3 times to my Paypal account. Since that time I'm frequently delivering them e-mails and calling their client contact number. Each time the assistance persong starts a brand new solution and requires me to hold back for 5 business days. It's nearly 11 times approved today but I'm however to obtain any reimbursement. I'm likely to wait till this weekend otherwise I have to create a compaint to BBB.
