Never recieved my mins

I applied my charge card to purchase $20. Value of longdistance mins. Plus they never acknowledged the brand new pingo acct. I setup during purchase. Attempted numerous occasions to get hold of them through e-mail and got no reaction. They removed my acct. They simply got my cash and gave me nothing. Can not look for a phone number to contact. Today I've to document a challenge with my charge card business. Exactly what a rip-off - DON'T PURCHASE mins. For the corporation. They tear you down!!
