Goes down frequently

I used to such as this item. It had been handy and affordable. Nevertheless, their item continues to be damaged twice within the last month, meaning I can not send faxes. Customer care continues to be unresponsive. They freely accepted later that there have been failures that survived many times, plus they stated that all faxes within the line have been delivered and obtained and none were dropped. They declined to think me after I stated that was not accurate, despite evidence they had dropped two faxes I'd sent through (I deliver them via mail, and so I understand these were sent). They absolutey declined to provide a reimbursement for damaged support. To summarize... Support that falls often, missing faxes, customer support that's unresponsive, disappointment to reimbursement for providers not made... Does that seem like a business you wish to conduct business with?
