I started getting unauthorized faxes which were more than 100 websites from an unidentified resource. Evidently hidden in efax conditions and terms are that any faxes that exceed their site restriction is likely to be billed $10 per fax, plus they don't have to inform you when these costs are sustained. HORRIBLE PLAN! I received 37 faxes more than 100 websites within the amount of of a monthapproximately, as well as in change they charged me $370. Actually, I don't understand who delivered these in my experience and didn't approve them. These were all pc jibberish, no method to understand how to quit them from arriving. Used to do not understand I had been experiencing costs on these faxes till way too late, after getting my american express statement. I invested over an hour or so on-hold awaiting a person support repetition, described the problem plus they stated they might not offer discounts and that I will have to visit another division. I lay on-hold for another 40 units, and was informed from the next person who they might not assist me with discounts and would need to call-back since the division that addresses this are "unavailable". I requested to consult with a boss and was also informed these were "unavailable". I visited American Express to obtain these costs corrected, and all-they did was deliver me a duplicate of efax conditions and terms and declined to provide me a return. I subsequently named AGAIN to efax to try an answer and obtain a reimbursement, and after resting on-hold for another time, the CSR stated they did not provide discounts and so I requested on her supervisor. Her supervisor, incidentally, was EXTREMELY rude, inconsiderate, as well as in damaged language (their customer support is in ASIA), explained they unequivically DON'T GIVE DISCOUNTS per their organization plan. Probably the most dishonest, inconsiderate, and unprofessional organization I've ever endured the discomfort to do business with. I'm caught owing American Express $370 for unauthorized costs with no capability to have them corrected. Don't work with the corporation!!!
