Fraudulent Advertising

I was quoted a 2-yr price for bundling at $114.00 with the first 3 months being $104.00. They neglected to inform me that the price was for service ONLY and that I would be chargedfor the use of their equipment. The supervisor that I talked to said "You realize, Mrs. Lamont, that you will be billed $114.00] per month for a period of 2 yrs?" and I said yes becaue I thought it was a good dea. My first billl was for over $200 and they said that was because I signed up in the middle of themonth. The next 2 bills were $138.00 and my last bill was for $144.00. If that is not a fraud I don't know what is. I have talked to others who also feel they have been fleeced by Charter communications. They need to be investigated.
