Poor Customer Service

I requested centuryLink highspeed web on March 8th. I had been informed that the specialist is always to the home about the 16th to complete the job. About the 16th, a specialist appeared and observed that people had no phone-line to the home and informed us that it'd be considered a week before somebody could be out to obtain a point to the home and our web could be up in per week. Per week later comes around with no you have named or found up. I contact plus they provide me another day. That day comes around with no one is there. This method has extended possibly around six-times with no simple phone from their website. On April 6th somebody eventually turned up to place a-line undercover towards the home though it was not about the evening that I was informed they'd be there. 24 hours later I anticipated a specialist to become there to complete the procedure but no body turned up. I called again plus they explained that somebody could be there about the April 8th, per month after I currently requested the web. The 8th comes around, I log off function but still no body turned up. I contact again plus they inform me that "per my demand that they're currently planned ahead on April 12th." I told the broker that I'venot voiced to anybody in regards to a day change plus they claim with me and state there's nothing that they'll do. As usually they develop 101 reasons but no solutions. It's today May 9th, and that I could be prepared to guess that they can not appear about the 12th. If there is another highspeed internet supplier in the region I'd have ended and changed quite a long time before. No body once has provided me-any payment of any sort. Terrible customer support.
