They took my money for the unit then cancelled my account and I have had no success resolving the problem. Basically they screwed me out of my money and said thx C ya. Now I am going to use the MagicJack as a Christmas orniment cause it is a paperwieght. So pissed off right now. If anyone starts a law suit count me in. Extremely unsatified customer!!! Jbk
