I arrived to my nearby verizon shop worrying of my telephone (that was still under guarantee) history usually going empty, dropping phone calls, not getting phone calls or texts & not having the ability to send texts or create phone calls, they explained all i required was an update on my telephone, because receiving the update my phone has received many of these issues a lot more often, i'm very disappointed and extremely perhaps will be switching to another support, our phone has become from warranty and it is not annually 5 aged.
