E boost over charge

Increase cell has over-charged my bill. It's a laugh to really get your cash back. They got out 2 funds but is only going to provide me credit for just one. Makes no sense. The client support is rude and keeps you about the phone-in my situation more than 1 1/2 hours. Do not make use of the information bundle you-can't search the web since the indicators are also fragile. Work do not go from increase!
