Vodacom steals money from customers

I acknowledge in neglegting to pay for my bill finish FEBRUARY, but created a dual cost finish Goal. Today my range is erased plus they expect me to pay for R1200.00 reconecction (deposit)!!! This Really Is definitely rediciouless. I've settled my due and do not have the support!!! I'm spending money on sms packages that doesn't accumilate and that I may reduce it!!! Nobody at vodacom after numerous calls actually attempt to aid me, the one thing they state is the fact that it is my issue. I do want to create a scheduled appointment with ICASA and demonstrate to them exactly how we get consumed for trips. This can not quit here today!!!
