Not a personal trainer... Save your money

I would like to refer back to my contract', however I never received a copy of my signed contract from owner Michael Ranier even after several requests for a copy. However, my 'uninterest in participating occurred after I signed my contract and money was paid (after lots of pressure from owner to sign a contract and pay cash) because I signed up and was not delivered all that was promised according to owner/trainer Michael Ranier and the company website:

Here are a few of the services offered if a contract were signed. Our state-of-the-art new personal and sports training facility.in addition to providing our clients with the best in customized personal training, we also provide sports-specific training/conditioning, lifestyle and weight management consultations, nutritional evaluations, fitness evaluations, and everything else to help you achieve your fitness/health goals. Also listed were Vincent Giglio, Staff Nutritionist, and a Custom Training Advisory Board, all of which does not exist.

This is a one man show, the owner/trainer Michael sat and watched you work out, in between checking his computer and tending to various other personal businesses. He did not engage with any part of my work out. To pay lots of money to a personal trainer and receive the sub-par, unprofessional, lack luster service is a crime. Michael says he tried to encourage and continue to encourage me to use my sessions, completely missing the point that I DON'T WANT THEM and choosing to take my money. Contract or no contract, if services are not rendered a refund should be given. Michael Ranieri and Custom Training is a scam.
