This is the crappiest service that completely takes advantage of the fact that right now there is no competition. I welcome the day that a bigger and better inmate phone service be made available rather than this crap. You can never speak to a live person, and if/when you do they are a total waste of breathe and effort. The rates are too high as well as eventhough you make on time payments, you are still subjected to not hear from your love-one... Crap company.
