Single Mother's Robbed... To Accept Press Zero

I am so completely outraged I barely know where to begin. I recently became a single mother, due to a bad decison made by my partner. Who is now incarcerated in a county facility. The first collect call I gladley accepted, just so happy to hear from my loved on. Little did I know what a horribley idea it reslly was.

The rates that Correctional Billing Services charged were unbelieveable! To make it worse I wasnt even aware of how bad I was ripped -off until my phone bill came. Hundreds of dollars for a month of a reasonable amount of calls. There was no warning or a disclosed rate notification. So I paid.

Another time they cut off my husband from calling because he went "over" some limit Correctional Billing imposed. I fisrt had to "make a payment" to what they (CBS) implied was my phone co. So I paid... My phone Bill was never credited and CBS kept taking my money.

I am a single mother of an infant and money is very hard to come by. The fact that CBS is sealing from innocent familys is disgusting! WE didnt do anything wrong! I just cant believe that what they (CBS) are doing is legal. Something needs to be done!!!

Beware! I cant tell you the stress and heartache that my family has endured because of Correctional Billing Services.
