Cannot use my contract cellphone

I've not had the opportunity to make use of my mobilephone for more than 2 times because of my consideration being plugged when I was informed I've attained my Payment Restriction!!! I've named many times to MTN SP and was informed to hold back two to four hours and my consideration is likely to be fixed when I have required for my restriction to become elevated which up till nowadays however hasn't been completed. I'm not the only real client that's this issue.
