I've been attempting since Monday 12 April to obtain my bill - with eight mobile phone onto it - to become re-activiated. Evidently, just the authorized division may do this. Which may be good, when they ever really responded the telephone. I've kept each and every morning since Friday for atleast half an hour for somebody in authorized to reply. Ultimately I've been compelled to place along the telephone since Iam scared Iam likely to get carpal tunnel problem in my own hand. No body in the call-centre might help, they simply keep placing me to the authorized division who obviously are experiencing telephone problems. Can not wait to maneuver to a different 'support' supplier.
