1 month later and I'm still waiting for Adsl line

I recently moved in to a new home, and clearly needed my Telkom Adsl point shifted. And so I offered them a the 12th March and requested in order for them to transfer it. Had no issues with that phone. Per week later (19th March) I obtained a phone in one of the specialists asking me easily could be athome so he might do the mount. I told him I'd be house at 3:00pm. I reached home and waited. He never came and sometimes even named to I would like to understand what was occurring.

I received no-call within the next week, and thus chose to contact Telkom and have that which was the wait. They explained that I'd need to wait till the 31st March for that specialist in the future through. The 31st arrived and went but still there is no-call in the specialist. I've been calling daily since that time and was informed that recently (8th April) will be the evening. You know what, however awaiting my phone in the specialist. I attempted to contact them nowadays and really requested to talk to the Supervisor, plus they reduce me down.

All I'd like may be the Adsl point, and that Iam very upset with how Telkom SA treats its clients. The support and response-time is horrible.
