Free minutes disappears with no reason or explanation

Since December my free moments disappears on my bill. I've recorded -7 various inquiries in the 808 call-centre quantity and also to day however no description. I'm a rim person that gets 50 SMSis free each month, I actually donot purchase information and that I am not utilizing the telephone to create any calls untill this problem are solved. Our last-call was on 27022010. I-phone the update figures daily (808 and 16202) About The 06042010 I'd R549.61 now 07042010 I've R162.76 without producing any calls. I've been on the point today for 40 minute using the call-centre and that I am still waiting on hold.
