Mlb.com MLB. TV cannot keep up with the demand - I miss half the game when the picture freezes!

MLB denies it's on their end, but I can test my bandwidth all day and show 12G to 24G service. However, the bandwidth test on MLB goes into the toilet at 7 P.M. When the primetime games come on. At 6:50, my Internet connection AND mlb. Tv test at around 16Gbs. At 7:15, speedtest.net says I'm still on fire, but mlb. Tv's test says 1600 (or even much less) kbs... ONE-TENTH MY TRUE BANDWIDTH!!!
They refuse to refund my subscription, even though I want to apply it to the more expensive MLB Extra Innings offered by Comcast. I'm sure MLB will make as much or more, but they are STUPID, PIGHEADED JERKS!!!
