We signed up for the 30 day free trial after giving them our credit info, should have been a clue. We kept waiting for the service to work. The service never worked. 3 month later I call in using a different phone service and complain about the lack of a free trial and tell Vonage to cancel it. And they charge me for 2 months and a cancellation fee.
