No refund after service transfe

I recently moved my amount from Boost Cell to ATT and evidently Increase removes all info on you should you choose this - and so I can't get my money-back which was in my own bill - there's "no report" of anything paid. I find this really unusual. I've my CC declaration stating that I offered them cash, however they say "also poor, money lost"
