I have been harassed by automated computer-dialed calls

I've been bothered by automatic pc-dialed calls from American Show that promises there's a problem with my bill. I don't have a merchant account with American Express. After I contact the number they reported about the phone it requests one to enter a merchant account number. I eventually determined ways to get a human speech and also have named them 3 times to get rid of my telephone number from their automatic checklist, but nonetheless am getting the calls.
