Monthly charge not authorized

I registered to get a free credit report and today I discover there's a regular cost of $14.95 on my charge card (Credit—Amazon) that I didn't approve, or truly did not plan to authorize after I utilized A TOTALLY FREE credit history. Both additional credit agencies are not getting a regular charge, so when I had been likely to contact to obtain this regular cost eliminated, I came across no telephone number, simply this site listed. They have to undoubtedly obtain a large amount of grievances! Other companies shown on my charge card statement have figures detailed to call about issues, and also the not many occasions I've needed to contact, there has been individuals in the different end-of the point to answer my issues. I'd like Experian to return all of the regular costs to my charge card. FREE means FREE, NOT regular costs for something I neither desire or require!
